Week 2 Term 3

We have been learning about Edible Garfens this week in Room 14.  Look through our pictures to see what we have been doing.

We did a lot of weeding.  So we can create our own edible garden

We planted kale seeds and we are going to watch them grow.

Week 1 Term 3

Ki Ora and a big welcome to our new children who started school this week.  We have been reading The Very Hungry Caterpillar this week.  Check out our activities below.

For maths we talked about days of the week.  We drew pictures of food that the caterpillar ate each day.  

We looked at the life cycle of a butterfly and created our own butterflies using paint, foil and glitter. 

Vann won the shield!  Well done we are proud of you!

Week 9 Term 2

Wow it's the end of term 2 already!  Check out what we did this week Room 14. 

Patterns and sequencing using our own chosen equipment.  These guys made a pattern and then drew a picture of it. 

Using the small beads to make patterns. 

Ashan and Aotayea made a repeating pattern using two colours.  They drew it as well! 

Q bear came to gymnastics he knows how to sit nicely in the line.

Q bear had a go at a forward roll.  

Q Bear watched us to some writing.

It's the fire fighters they came to show us thier truck and tools.

We made Q bear cards for our favourite teacher aide Mrs R because we missed her today.
